Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
United States: Standard shipping (5–10 business days) — Free on orders over $35. Flat rate $4.99 on orders under $35.
Canada: Standard shipping (7–14 business days) — $7.99 flat rate.
Rest of the world: $17.90 flat rate. Estimated delivery is typically 10–21 business days and may vary by destination and customs processing.
International: We ship worldwide. Orders outside the United States and Canada ship at a $17.90 flat rate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@bernesemountainlover.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will reship or refund at no cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can make changes before the order ships.
